what's something that's helped in your mental health journey?

 Practicing positive thought patterns has been a huge factor in maintaining my mental health. If you're thinking negative, you will feel negative. If you think positive, you will feel positive.

Once I became self aware of the words I’d use to describe myself and others, I knew I needed to reroute my negative thoughts towards a positive mindset.

I try to see things from all perspectives which has taught me to be less affected by external forces and more in control of my own thoughts....
